Find the recovered video in your account and download it before the expiry date shown on your job page.
Why won't the file open?
Some Zmodo recordings need their camera's software to play. A normal video player may show a black screen or an error, even when the recording is still there. We can test whether we can open your saved file and, when possible, turn it into a video you can play normally.
We cannot retrieve deleted footage, access your camera, or fill in missing parts of a damaged recording.
